Our members are an impressive group of professionals who make a difference in our community.  You can join them in their efforts, by considering how your talent, creativity and passion can contribute to one of the Ad Club’s many committees. We always appreciate our member’s input.

 

Fundraising
The C. M. Russell Art Auction is our annual fundraiser and we are proud to present the largest and most successful western auction of its kind and one of the year’s most memorable events.  We have five days of auction activities where members of Ad Club volunteer their time and energy on over 35 committees to make this event both possible and successful.  We’d love to have you join the team!

 

Addy Awards
Conducts a professional and profitable awards show to recognize state-wide creative excellence.  Committee works to increase industry participation in the competition, maintain or increase the level of entries, enhance the competition’s image and ensure that local winners progress to the District and National Addy Award competitions

 

Membership
Solicits and retains members.  Develops and executes committee recruitment programs, the mentor program and conducts new member orientation.

 

Programs
Coordinates quality programming that fosters active interest in well-attended meetings and membership growth.  Selects speakers and activities for Ad Club’s monthly meetings and organizes other member sponsored events.  Arranges for and distributes Ticket of Fortune prizes at the end of each meeting. 

 

Communications & Public Relations
Issues Ad Club press releases and promotes the Ad Club and CM Russell Art Auction to local, regional and national media. 

 

Education
Encourages an interest in communications, marketing, advertising and art among Montana high school and university students.  Plans and executes Ad Club’s annual student scholarship program and oversees the selection of recipients. 

 

Diversity
Oversees projects and programs designed to increase diverse representation in the local advertising community.

 

Government Relations
Monitors local, state and national legislative activity pertaining to advertising issues.  Spearheads proactive and defensive actions to protect the industry’s best interests.
